Our team comprises 17 experienced professionals from different nationalities and diverse backgrounds. Our decades of combined expertise in private market investments and client advisory enable us to deliver superior performance and services.

Antoine founded InPact in 2015.
From 2011 to 2015, he was a Partner and Global Head of Business Development & Solutions at UBP Alternatives.
Before this, from 2001 to 2011, Antoine was a Partner and Head of Business Development & Solutions of the Hedge Funds Division at Unigestion.
He started his career at Natixis in 2000.
Antoine Prudent
Chief Executive Officer
Jérôme joined InPact Partners in 2024 after more than 10 years at EFG where he was head of Alternatives.
Prior to this, he spent 4 years at Palaedino, a multi-family office based in Geneva and 4 years at CMA, a $3 billion fund of hedge funds boutique, as Head of Research and Senior Portfolio Manager.
Between 2000 and 2006, he worked at Unigestion as a senior hedge fund analyst holding various roles in Geneva and New York.
He started his career at UBP in 1998 as Quantitative Analyst.
Jérôme Berset
Chief Investment Officer
Santiago joined InPact Partners in 2025, after 17 years at KPMG where he served as Director in the Financial Services practice, leading audits and FINMA regulatory reviews for banks, investment managers and funds.
His experience encompasses financial audit, regulatory advisory and risk management both in Switzerland and internationally.
Santiago started his career in 2007 at Procter & Gamble as a budget controller.

Chief Financial Officer
Remi joined InPact Partners in 2023, after fifteen years at Unigestion where he was a partner and CEO of Unigestion Asset Management Canada Inc. Based in Toronto and then New York, he led the business development of Unigestion in North America from 2017 to 2022 with a focus on Private Equity and Liquid Alternatives.
Before this, Remi spent 8 years at ADI, a French alternative asset manager.
